NSW Government Pre-Qualification Scheme
We are pleased to announce that ABV Group Australia has been accredited as a certified contractor with the NSW Government, achieving pre-qualification for schemes:
General construction works up to $1M
Homes NSW, Housing Portfolio residential building works up to $9M
The pre-qualification for construction works extends across five NSW regions: Sydney Metropolitan; Western Sydney; Central Coast; Hunter; and Illawarra-Shoalhaven. This includes:
Interior fitout and refurbishment
Civil works
Residential building works
The pre-qualification with Homes NSW includes construction works for both new construction projects and building updgrade projects, including:
Custom build and project home
Duplex and townhouse
Unit block and manor home
Residential building upgrades
